  I'm from Maryland and was just passing through on my way back. This place was great. Salad bar had fresh food and it all tasted great. Shrimp, chicken, sausage, biscuits and okra were all great. Service is friendly and respectful. I wish people up north could run their restaurants the way this place does.

  My son and I always stop at Shoney's on long road trips.  They have the buffet and kids eat free with an adult.  The food is usually fresh and good.  Not this Shoney's.  Food was not fresh.  Salad and fruit bar had no fruit.  And they didn't honor the "kids eat free with an adult entree" even though it was on the menu. Will NOT go here again

  The food was pretty generic, I suppose? I had never been to a Shoney's before, but decided to stop by for breakfast on our way down to FL. The price was great, but I unfortunately cannot say that I was overwhelmed by the food itself. Our waitress was amazing! Very attentive and friendly, but the same cannot be said about the other workers here. If you are looking for a quick buffet at a great price, then this will satisfy those requirements...just maybe not much else.

  Too much pepper on EVERYTHING!!!! Otherwise good food. The waitress was pleasant and the food was hot with a good assortment of fruit.

  The food was good but the service sucked and the waiters were rude as shit and they took super long to bring drinks like literally 20 minutes for a orange juice! One worker couldn't even say excuse me or hello, she even rolled her eyes at us. So with this review DO NOT EAT THERE.
